About this role

The Corporate BD Manager is TDM's chief rainmaker — owning the firm-wide pipeline across all five sectors, orchestrating the go-to-market at the enterprise level, and ensuring a pipeline that meets the annual revenue target. The role acts as the connective tissue between TDM's sectors and the Kingdom's largest consulting buyers: government ministries, PIF portfolio companies, semi-government entities, and private-sector conglomerates

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a qualified pipeline that meets the firm's annual revenue targe

Identify, pursue, and open new institutional accounts per year across government, semi-government, and private sector

⁠Lead bid/no-bid qualification for all major opportunities; maintain strategic account plans for the top target accounts

Own vendor registration and pre-qualification on government procurement portals

Coordinate multi-sector pursuit teams for complex opportunities requiring strategy + technology + green capabilities

Ensure consistent pricing methodology, quality standards, and brand presentation across all proposals

Route qualified leads to Sector BD Managers within 48 hours via CRM; review all proposals before submission

⁠Represent TDM at major Saudi conferences and forums; execute the firm’s thought leadership strategy

⁠Negotiate strategic partnerships with technology vendors, international consulting alliances, and academic institution

Own the CRM platform firm-wide; produce weekly pipeline reports and monthly win/loss analytics for the CEO

Qualification

⁠10+ years BD/sales leadership in consulting, professional services, or B2B enterprise sales in Saudi Arabia

Proven track record closing engagements with government ministries, semi-government, or large corporates

⁠Deep network across Saudi procurement decision-makers, PIF portfolio companies, and C-suite executives

Strong knowledge of Saudi procurement frameworks

Fluent Arabic (mandatory) and professional English | Bachelor's required; MBA preferred | Saudi national strongly preferred
